Vice President, Investments & Project Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investments and Project Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the evaluation of investment opportunities, driving financing activities, and supporting capital deployment to maximize portfolio value across the region. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, development teams, investors, lenders, and external advisors to support strategic growth initiatives, project financing, acquisitions, and portfolio management activities. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading the evaluation and execution of renewable energy investments, overseeing project valuations, investment analysis, and financial modeling, and conducting commercial and financial due diligence. The role also requires driving risk-return analysis, leading project financing activities, and developing innovative financing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure investments, renewable energy, project finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, and a strong track record in renewable energy investments and project finance. Deep understanding of renewable energy markets, project development lifecycle, and infrastructure financing structures is essential, as is experience in engaging with lenders, investors, and senior stakeholders. The role demands strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, strategic thinking skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
