The Company is in search of a Vice President, Trust Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the management and administration of fiduciary accounts, including trusts, estates, and agency relationships. This pivotal role demands a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the delivery of high-quality client service, compliance with governing documents, and support business development efforts. Key responsibilities include administering assigned accounts, analyzing trust instruments, coordinating asset management activities, establishing new accounts, and overseeing tax and accounting considerations. The Trust Officer will also be the primary contact for clients, beneficiaries, and related parties, and will proactively resolve any issues that may arise. Applicants for the Vice President, Trust Officer position at the company should have a background in trust, estate, or fiduciary administration, with a preference for those with 3-5 years' experience in the field. A strong understanding of trust structures, estate administration, and fiduciary principles is essential, as are excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
