Head of Business, Financial Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Business for the Financial Services Industry with a focus on AI. This leadership role is pivotal in driving business strategy, P&L management, and leading strategic partnerships with CxOs of major financial groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration of various business functions, organizational design, and the dissemination of industry-relevant information. Key responsibilities include presenting a vision for the future of the financial industry using AI, building relationships with management executives, and proposing solutions to management challenges. Applicants must have a background in strategic business development and sales promotion within large corporations, with a proven track record in cross-departmental leadership. The role requires a deep understanding of the structural challenges in the financial industry, the ability to communicate a vision, and the skills to formulate and execute business strategies. A Bachelor's degree, fluent Japanese, and conversational English are essential.
