Head of Business, Insurance

The Company is seeking a Head of Business for a new venture that integrates insurance and AI. This role is highly autonomous and involves leading the planning and execution of market penetration strategies, organizational and P&L management, and the development of strategic alliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration of various business functions, organizational design specific to the insurance industry, and the dissemination of information through industry events. A key aspect of the role is the presentation of a vision for the future of the insurance industry using AI and the building of relationships with management teams of major domestic and international insurance companies. Applicants must have a background in strategic business development, sales promotion, and cross-departmental leadership, with a focus on business profit and loss management. A deep understanding of the structural challenges and business practices in the insurance industry, as well as advanced negotiation and consensus-building skills, are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Japanese, and conversational English.
