Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a major contracted-services account with a significant revenue stream. The successful candidate will be tasked with uniting a team under a shared growth and operations platform, driving improvements in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. This leadership role requires a strategic approach to ensure the delivery of operational excellence and the identification of innovative services and solutions to meet client needs. The VPO will be responsible for all aspects of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, with a strong focus on full P&L accountability. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, preferably in the food, facilities, or retail service sector.
