Vice President, Supply Chain Planning

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain Planning to take on a pivotal role in creating, executing, integrating, and owning the end-to-end supply chain planning function. This includes the S&OP process for a manufacturer and distributor with a significant presence across the U.S. and Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large organization that encompasses demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and purchasing. A key focus of the role is on driving integrated processes, fostering collaboration with customers, and improving service metrics, particularly in the context of a company that has experienced rapid growth and multiple acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBP/SIOP processes, deep planning acumen, and exposure to the PE industry, preferably within mid-size manufacturing companies. Executive presence, board-level interaction experience, and a proven track record in change management and continuous improvement are essential. The role requires a leader with a CI mindset, capable of leading a team through the challenges of a high SKU and high-velocity environment. The candidate should have a longer-term potential and a clear upward trajectory, with at least 10-15 years of related experience and a BA/BS degree.
