Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and strategic success. This role demands a professional with a CPA designation or equivalent, at least 10 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, and a strong background in project-based accounting, construction contracts, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with operations and executive teams, advanced skills in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management, and experience with ERP systems, financial analytics, and business intelligence tools.
