Head of FP&A & Business/Data Analytics

The Company is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Analytics to take on a dual mandate role as a strategic and operational finance and business analytics leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics across all business units. This includes building and leading a high-performing business analytics function, restoring data credibility after recent system integration, and ensuring that enterprise data is accurate and accessible for decision-making. The role also involves partnering with the CFO and other executive stakeholders to drive insights into business performance, overseeing management reporting, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A, business analytics, or finance business partnering. Experience in project-based professional services, particularly in the AEC industry, is required, with a preference for those with a management consulting background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming business analytics or data functions, experience in private equity-backed or fast-paced growth environments, and a strong operational finance and strategic business partnership skill set. Proficiency in data lake and lakehouse architectures, cloud data platforms, and advanced BI tools is essential, as is the ability to lead teams and implement scalable FP&A and analytics processes.
