Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in need of an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and play a pivotal role in the execution of an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership, partnering with the CEO, Board, and PE sponsor on value creation initiatives, and supporting M&A activities, including due diligence, execution, and integration. Enhancing reporting, forecasting, controls, and cash management, as well as delivering investor-grade board reporting and commercial insight, are also key aspects of the role. The CFO will be expected to help scale the business while maintaining operational rigor and must have a proven track record in PE-backed businesses, strong buy-and-build and M&A credentials, and experience in professional services environments. The ideal Interim CFO for this role at the company will be a strategic yet hands-on leader, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment. The role requires a candidate who is commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable with the demands of a rapidly growing business.
