The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Client Service Engineering within the GTB Stream. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the reimagination of client service journeys, ensuring they are client-centric, efficient, and risk-controlled. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's transformation agenda, with a focus on strategic priorities in customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk management. The AVP will be responsible for leading and contributing to the delivery of service priorities, operating as a project lead, and driving end-to-end service optimization and automation initiatives. Key responsibilities include service journey reimagination, service delivery and performance management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement through innovation. Applicants for the AVP position should have a strong delivery mindset, with a proven track record in client service engineering and transformation within financial services or large corporate institutions. The role requires advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory context. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6-10 years' of experience, and may hold professional certifications in project management, process improvement, change management, Agile, AI, or related fields. A hands-on approach to execution, a results-oriented mindset, and experience in both agile and conventional delivery models are essential.
