Local Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Local Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The Local CFO will serve as a strategic partner to top management, with a focus on economic performance and decision-making. This role involves daily strategic guidance, managing industrial financial control, and ensuring the site's financial indicators align with local performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial activities, including general and analytical accounting, taxation, treasury, and administrative processes. Compliance with tax, legal, and IFRS standards is essential, as is the management of relationships with external auditors, public administrations, banks, and institutional partners. Applicants for the Local CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in industrial financial control or a strong background in a Big 4 audit/consulting firm with a focus on the industrial sector. A higher education degree in management, finance, accounting, or management control is required, along with proficiency in IT tools and a good understanding of IFRS standards. The role demands fluency in French and English, with Italian language skills being an asset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a critical mind, and a strong results orientation, and must be a hands-on professional with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of an industrial site.
