The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining enterprise architectures, technology standards, and design patterns across engineering, data, infrastructure, and AI. This senior technology role is pivotal in ensuring that the various technology teams work towards a single, coherent technology strategy. The Executive Director, Enterprise Architect will not own a functional team but will operate horizontally across the technology organization, setting standards, aligning roadmaps, and resolving cross-team architectural decisions. The role requires a trusted advisor and facilitator who can work alongside each technology lead, and is expected to have a strong background in enterprise or solutions architecture, with the ability to collaborate across multiple technology functions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 11 years of technology experience, including substantial enterprise or solutions architecture expertise. The role demands a professional with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering, data, infrastructure, and AI, and strong communication and facilitation skills to build consensus among technical leaders. Experience in a regulated or data-sensitive industry, such as financial services, capital markets, or commercial real estate, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a TOGAF certification or comparable experience with an enterprise architecture framework, and a track record of translating architecture decisions into measurable outcomes. The role also requires experience in supporting enterprise-scale AI or data platform initiatives and the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
