Managing Director

The Company is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead its U.S. business through a significant growth phase. The successful candidate will have full P&L and business responsibility, set and execute growth strategies, develop annual business plans, and build the necessary organizational structure and leadership capabilities. This senior leadership role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and commercially minded individual who is adept at making high-level decisions while remaining close to the business, customers, and employees. Key responsibilities include driving growth in lifecycle services, developing strong customer relationships, and leading the organization through change. The role also requires the ability to work effectively in an international environment and to represent the U.S. business at the group level. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a proven track record in owning P&L, leading multiple functions, and scaling a business.
