The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join its executive team and spearhead the development of a robust marketing function. The CMO will be responsible for defining and owning the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans across the full product portfolio. This includes growing the channel marketing function, designing and scaling demand generation programs, and ensuring the marketing team's structure and budget align with a multi-product, channel-heavy growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach to marketing investment, with a proven track record in building and scaling channel/partner marketing programs, and a strong background in B2B technology, infrastructure, or IT channel markets. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior marketing leadership, with a background that includes a role as a CMO or VP of Marketing. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. The successful candidate will have executive presence, experience in operating as a strategic partner to the CEO and sales leadership, and strong people-leadership skills. The role demands a leader who is adept at growing and developing marketing teams, and who can demonstrate a history of building lead generation and demand generation engines that scale across a diversifying product portfolio. The CMO will be expected to be a champion of the company's core values, with a focus on innovation, employee empowerment, and a commitment to best-in-class customer experiences.
