This role requires a deep understanding of and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and maintain a strong market position. The Executive Director will also be tasked with financial management, including budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with safety and OSHA regulations. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for business administration, human resources, or gerontology. A minimum of 2-5 years' of prior General Manager or Administrator experience is preferred, or 5-10 years in senior living, hospitality, or skilled nursing, with at least 5 years at the management level. The role demands a leader with a valid driver's license and, if mandated, a valid license to operate an assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, be adept at generating leads and closing sales, and have the ability to effectively represent the community in various public settings. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to multitask, are essential for this position.
