Interim Head of Finance, Premium & Luxury Hospitality

The Company is seeking a Financial Manager / Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy of a prestigious establishment. The successful candidate will be a true business partner, ensuring performance, optimizing processes, and supporting field teams in understanding their key performance indicators. This role is pivotal in a premium environment where operational excellence is the norm, and the focus is on financial management that goes beyond numbers. Key responsibilities for the role include the supervision and management of monthly and annual closings, internal control and excellence in cash flow, inventory management, and invoicing, as well as strategic collaboration in analyzing margin variances and optimizing working capital. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in finance, accounting, or from a leading business school, with a background of 3-4 years' experience, preferably in the luxury hotel, premium restaurant, or audit firm sectors. Premium soft skills such as exemplary rigor, absolute discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to translate financial complexity into actionable insights for operational teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems, along with fluency in English, is also required.
