Vice President, Private Credit Investments

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Private Credit Investments to join its investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, structuring, and managing investments in privately held companies, with a focus on sponsor-backed middle market transactions. This role involves leading the transaction underwriting and execution process, conducting in-depth financial, operational, and industry analysis, and building and reviewing financial models to assess investment potential. The Vice President will also be involved in portfolio management, strategic initiatives, and developing lender relationships. Candidates for this position should have 7-12 years' of experience in direct lending, private credit, leveraged finance, corporate banking, credit investing, or a related field. A strong understanding of credit underwriting, capital structures, transaction structuring, and risk assessment is essential, as is a proven track record in leading diligence and execution processes for middle market transactions. The role requires advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, the ability to evaluate businesses across various sectors, and strong communication skills for articulating investment recommendations to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities in a dynamic environment.
