Head of Academy

The Company is seeking a Head of Academy to drive the development and scaling of a global enablement capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the Academy's strategy, transforming it into a scalable function, and establishing standards and frameworks to support the company's international growth. This role involves leading the professionalization of the trainer organization, developing digital content and virtual facilitation skills, and ensuring close alignment with product and engineering teams to keep training and certification programs current. The Head of Academy will also be tasked with developing the Academy's commercial potential, shaping training offerings, and managing capacity and demand. Candidates for the Head of Academy position should have a proven track record in building and scaling an Academy or similar function, with a strong background in enterprise software environments. Experience in leading operational transformation, developing teams, and a strong commercial mindset are essential. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to bridge various teams, and fluency in English, with a preference for Dutch. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, technical consulting, customer success, or technical enablement, and experience in working with implementation partners to develop certification frameworks. People leadership experience is also a key requirement for this role.
