Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in the professionalization and transformation of its administrative and financial structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of robust management processes, governance frameworks, and financial planning systems to support the company's growth and expansion. This includes the optimization of ERP and technology solutions, as well as the establishment of strong cost accounting and working capital controls to enhance operational visibility. The CFO will also be instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives, such as expansion and potential M&A, and must be adept at translating financial intelligence into business decisions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should be fluent in English and possess the ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders. A proven track record in senior financial leadership, particularly in Controllership and FP&A within industrial or manufacturing environments, is essential. The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in structuring and professionalizing finance and back-office functions, ideally in the context of organizational transformation. The CFO will be expected to build and lead high-performing teams, and experience in family-owned or founder-led businesses is a plus. The ability to work closely with the Executive Chairman, shareholders, and senior leadership, and to foster integration and governance across all corporate functions, is also a key requirement.
