The Company is seeking a President to lead its Chattanooga facility. The successful candidate will be tasked with implementing the strategic direction of the organization, connecting various elements of the local health care delivery system, and serving as the public face of the facility in the community. This role requires a leader who can embody the mission of the organization and is dedicated to the healing ministry. Responsibilities include providing leadership for operational management, optimizing quality, safety, and the patient experience, and maintaining open and honest communications with a wide range of stakeholders. The President will also be involved in strategic planning, business development, and ensuring that the facility's budget aligns with the overall strategic plans. Applicants for the President position at the company's Chattanooga facility must have a Master's or Postgraduate degree and at least 7 years of progressive experience in health care administration and management, with a background that includes experience in multiple hospital departments. A Certified Healthcare Executive (FACHE) is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing clinical operations, delivering value to the community, and working in partnership with physicians. The role demands a leader who can effectively coordinate with board members and organization officials, and who is adept at managing the facility's budget in accordance with the company's expectations.
