Head of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to provide both technical and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for remaining hands-on in technical activities such as architecture, design, code reviews, and critical engineering initiatives. This role also involves driving key decisions related to scalability, reliability, security, and performance, as well as leading troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues. The Head of Engineering will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining engineering standards, best practices, and development processes, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring that engineering efforts align with business objectives and strategic priorities. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Head of Engineering will own the engineering execution and delivery across multiple initiatives, partner with product and business stakeholders, and mentor and develop engineers at all levels.
