Head of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to provide both technical and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for remaining actively involved in all aspects of engineering, from architecture and design to code reviews and critical initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach to driving decisions around scalability, reliability, security, and performance, as well as leading troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues. The Head of Engineering will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining engineering standards, best practices, and development processes, and ensuring that the engineering team is aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
