The Company is in search of a Vice President for Valuation to take on a pivotal leadership role within its established valuation practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business valuation engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. This role involves managing project execution, reviewing technical deliverables, and serving as a subject matter expert and mentor for valuation professionals. The Vice President will also be expected to collaborate with senior leadership to enhance valuation methodologies, build strong client relationships, and support business development efforts. Applicants for the Vice President, Valuation position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being preferred. Professional credentials such as CPA, CVA, AVA, AM&AA, or similar are highly desirable. The role requires a minimum of 6 years' of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, investment banking, financial consulting, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing client-facing projects. Strong financial analysis, valuation modeling, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and work with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position also demands a willingness to travel periodically and the ability to obtain FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
