The CAO will be responsible for leading the strategic integration of marketing, development, and recruitment into a cohesive, multi-year institutional strategy. Key responsibilities for the CAO include executive leadership, departmental supervision, and oversight of the advancement budget. The successful candidate will also be involved in board and committee governance, and data-driven reporting, and will work closely with the Head of School and Board members on major gift solicitations. The role requires a minimum of 7 years' of advancement experience, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a proven track record in strategic planning and operational data analysis.
