Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, including FP&A, reporting, treasury, and compliance. This is a key position that involves owning the financial strategy and operations as the business experiences significant growth. The Head of Finance will be tasked with building out the finance team, processes, and systems, and will work closely with the executive team on strategic decisions. Applicants for the Head of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of finance experience, with a preference for those who have worked in fintech or payments. A strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and controls is essential. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean team environment. While not mandatory, experience in digital asset accounting or treasury, as well as a background in a high-growth fintech or Web3 company, is considered a plus. The position is based in Dubai and is open to candidates who are already based in the region or are willing to relocate.
