Head of Finance, Public Sector

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. This strategic role is pivotal in leading the organization's finance and facilities functions, with a focus on providing strategic financial advice, overseeing financial governance, and ensuring strong compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of annual accounts, budgets, and financial reporting, as well as driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the organization's strategic objectives. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountants with a minimum of 5 years' senior leadership experience in finance or related functions. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and a proven track record in leading teams and delivering organizational change. Experience in financial governance, risk management, and compliance is essential, as is the ability to manage complex projects and improve processes.
