Board Trustee

The Company is seeking new Board Trustees to join its strategic team. The successful candidates will be instrumental in supporting the governance, sustainability, and long-term success of the organization. This role involves working closely with fellow Trustees, elected members, and the Senior Management Team to shape organizational strategy, oversee performance, ensure financial stewardship, and provide effective risk management. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the positive impact of leisure, sport, culture, and learning on communities and will bring fresh perspectives, strategic insight, and strong professional judgment to the Board. While previous Trustee experience is not essential, the company is particularly interested in individuals with expertise in digital leadership, digital transformation, income generation, and diversification. The role requires a commitment of approximately one to two days per month, including Board meetings, Committee participation, strategic planning activities, and attendance at key organizational events.
