Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in the evolution and strengthening of its economic and financial structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the capital structure, cash flow, and working capital to support operational expansion plans and sales channels. This includes improving corporate governance practices, risk management, compliance, and internal controls to prepare the company for potential M&A transactions or fundraising. The CFO will also be tasked with structuring and monitoring the financial viability of new channels, actively participating in the modeling of new businesses, and managing stakeholder relationships. Developing functional teams in controlling, treasury, FP&A, technology, and legal to foster a management culture focused on results and strategic alignment is also a key responsibility. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a solid executive performance in financial leadership, with a preference for those with experience in the retail segment or consumer goods industries. Proven experience in capital restructuring, complex treasury management, and strong relationships with financial institutions and capital markets are essential. Previous experience in omnichannel sales project modeling is a strong differentiator. The role requires a candidate with kind business acumen, the ability to influence strategic decisions, and a hands-on profile to lead multidisciplinary teams. The CFO must be prepared to work on-site in Santa Catarina and be available to relocate if necessary.
