Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead its operational and commercial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's vision into efficient office operations, managing the (para)legal team, and overseeing the commercial aspects of the business. This role involves optimizing office operations for efficiency, capacity, and quality, as well as shaping the commercial strategy and strengthening client relationships. The Head of Operations will also be a key member of the management team, representing operations, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' professional experience, including 5 to 7 years in an operational management role within the service or retail sector. The role requires a strategic thinker who is also capable of taking concrete action, with a proven track record in change management, process optimization, and commercial strategies. A natural leader with a strong affinity for business operations, accountancy, and a connection to AI and digitalization is essential. Proficiency in MS Office tools and fluency in Dutch is required, with knowledge of other languages being an asset. The Head of Operations will also be involved in guiding M&A processes, providing operational input during due diligence, and leading the integration of new offices.
