Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technical and customer-facing operations in Finland. This senior, hands-on leadership role is pivotal in combining technology, enterprise customer engagement, AI, commercial strategy, and team building. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing local engineering and customer-facing technical teams, providing technical leadership across various domains, and working closely with senior customers and internal teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions. Additionally, the role involves acting as a senior technical advisor to C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders, supporting engineering teams in solving complex challenges, and building a strong, customer-focused engineering culture. Applicants for the Field CTO position at the company should be hands-on CTOs with recent AI experience and a proven ability to work with GTM functions. The role requires experience in direct engagement with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of influencing or supporting enterprise technology sales, possess high agency, and be adept at operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is fluency in Finnish and English. The Field CTO will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and retaining exceptional technical and customer-facing talent.
