The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Data Scientist for its Institutional Banking Group. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within corporate banking, with a focus on the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven initiatives, such as eKYC automation, workflow optimization, and intelligent sales-support agents. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant quantitative discipline, at least 8 years' of experience in data science, ML, or AI, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale, production-grade initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing advanced analytics models for risk screening and dynamic pricing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems, and strengthening the company's AI delivery capabilities. The role also requires the candidate to contribute to the broader AI transformation agenda by identifying and piloting emerging AI technologies and methodologies. Applicants must have expert proficiency in AI/ML model development using Python/PySpark, hands-on expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and related frameworks, and experience with cloud/big data platforms.
