Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, taxation, internal controls, and compliance. This role involves close partnership with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and investment decisions. The CFO will also ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and drive business performance through financial analysis and KPI management. Additionally, the role includes leading investor relations, managing banking relationships, and strengthening corporate governance and risk management. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline, and be a qualified CPA, ACCA, or hold an equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within listed companies, and a strong understanding of HKEX regulations and corporate governance are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, or Group Financial Controller in a Hong Kong listed environment, with experience in commercial sectors such as trading, retail, sourcing, or distribution. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are required, and fluency in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin being preferred. The role also demands experience in managing regional finance operations and leading transformation initiatives, as well as a demonstrated ability to drive growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
