The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join its dynamic and rapidly growing family office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and finance operations activities. This role involves overseeing the financial reporting processes, managing liquidity planning, and cash management, and partnering with the investment team on portfolio-related transactions and reporting requirements. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with supporting fund structures, investment vehicles, and family office operations, as well as developing scalable controls, policies, and governance frameworks. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, and hold a professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in family offices, investment firms, asset management, private equity, venture capital, or multinational environments is required. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in accounting, reporting, treasury, and cash management, and experience in investment-related finance matters. The role demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, including the Founder. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
