Senior Vice President, Equity Capital Market Syndication

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Equity Capital Market Syndication. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bookbuilding, pricing, and share allocation strategies for equity transactions, as well as underwriting and managing syndication or capital risk for high-stakes deals. This role involves advising corporate clients and ECM originators on market windows, pricing tactics, and investor feedback, and serving as the primary contact for joint bookrunners and co-managers at peer institutions. The SVP will also be expected to maintain direct relationships with syndicate desks at major institutional asset managers and hedge funds, and assist with ECM origination initiatives, including mentoring and supervising junior bankers. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in Equity Capital Markets, Equity Syndication, or Institutional Equity Sales, with a proven track record in leading and pricing successful public equity offerings and block trades. A good level of connection with a broad base of equity investors is preferred. The role requires an individual with expert-level negotiation skills, real-time risk assessment abilities, deep macroeconomic awareness, and advanced communication. Proficiency in Bloomberg, Dealogic, and proprietary bookbuilding software is essential, as is the ability to speak and write in both Chinese and English. The position is based in the Hong Kong office and is a full-time, regular schedule role.
