The Company is seeking a Vice President, Equity Derivatives Structurer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing bespoke payoff structures, supporting client coverage, and driving solution origination. This role requires a deep understanding of equity derivatives, including the ability to design, price, and structure complex products such as yield-enhancement products and fixed coupon notes. The Vice President will also be involved in developing innovative payoff structures tailored to market trends and strategic client needs, as well as leading the documentation processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Applicants must have a degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in equity derivatives structuring within a major investment bank or securities firm. The role demands exceptional technical expertise in exotic derivative payoffs, structured notes, and volatility structures, as well as strong coding proficiency. A deep understanding of Asia-Pacific equity markets and relevant regulatory frameworks is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be highly collaborative, and possess professional fluency in English and Mandarin to support key regional institutional clients.
