The Company is seeking a Vice President, Equity Derivatives Structurer to lead product innovation within capital markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing bespoke payoff structures, supporting client coverage, and driving solution origination. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in equity derivatives structuring within a major investment bank or securities firm, with a focus on developing innovative payoff structures and cross-asset solutions. The Vice President will also be involved in the documentation process, including term sheet generation, product governance, and regulatory compliance reviews. Applicants for the Vice President, Equity Derivatives Structurer position at the company should hold a degree in quantitative finance, financial engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline. Deep technical expertise in exotic derivative payoffs, structured notes, FCNs, and volatility structures is essential, as is exceptional quantitative, financial modeling, and pricing capabilities with strong coding proficiency. A strong understanding of Asia-Pacific equity markets and relevant regulatory frameworks, particularly SFC regulations, is required.
