Vice President, Information Technology

The Company is seeking a Vice President, IT for the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be a key leader in shaping and executing the technology vision, driving digital transformation, and aligning global platforms with regional business priorities. This role is pivotal in partnering with the Asia Pacific leadership team to deliver technology solutions that support the company's global brands. Responsibilities include serving as a visionary partner, empowering teams to deliver enterprise solutions, and collaborating with global leadership to integrate strategic vendor partnerships. The VP, IT will also be responsible for the development and evolution of the IT organization, establishing and monitoring KPIs, and acting as a thought leader and trusted advisor to the business. Candidates for this role should have extensive IT leadership experience in global apparel and retail, with a proven track record in enterprise applications, infrastructure, and digital commerce platforms. A strong background in IT, including design, programming, and implementation of systems, is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex initiatives and lead diverse teams. Experience in the international environment and fluency in English, with a strong preference for Mandarin and Cantonese, is also necessary. The VP, IT will be responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of IT associates, as well as managing the IT budget in conjunction with the regional CFO and global finance team.
