Vice President of Project Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Project Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading project finance and capital raising activities, with a particular focus on tax equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and will be instrumental in driving the financial aspects of renewable and sustainable energy projects. This is a permanent position based in California, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, a deep understanding of capital markets, and a proven track record in managing and developing a team. As the VP of Project Finance, the primary responsibilities will include structuring and negotiating financial agreements, conducting financial modeling and analysis, and overseeing the financial close of projects. The role also involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, to ensure the successful execution of financial strategies.
