President, Foundation

The Company is seeking a President for its Foundation in the Flathead Valley region. This key leadership role is focused on driving philanthropic strategy and fundraising efforts to support the mission of the medical center and a network of critical access hospitals, clinics, and care sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing a culture of philanthropy, developing and executing annual and long-term fundraising strategies, and ensuring the Foundation's activities align with the organization's strategic priorities. The President will also serve as the public face of the Foundation, engaging with donors, corporations, volunteers, and community stakeholders, and will be expected to bring a proven track record in leading comprehensive campaigns, securing transformational gifts, and building high-performing development teams.
