Key responsibilities include overseeing multi-year product, data, and technology roadmaps, guiding platform modernization, and ensuring the cohesive planning and high-quality delivery of application, data, and IT services. The role also involves strengthening relationships with internal teams, public colleges, and sector partners, as well as leading a multidisciplinary team and managing budgets, resource allocation, and operational readiness.
