The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Retail to provide strategic leadership and drive the retail business. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of retail experience, with a strong background in leading a multi-store retail network. The role demands a professional with strong commercial and business acumen, a proven track record in driving sales and profitability, and experience in retail operations, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector. The Head of Retail will work closely with various functions to ensure strong commercial execution, and will be expected to lead, coach, and develop the retail leadership and store teams. Monitoring market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, as well as reviewing and improving retail processes for efficiency and customer experience, are also key aspects of the position.
