Head of Security

The Company is seeking a Head of Security to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all physical security operations across its various business locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's people, assets, facilities, products, and reputation. This role involves leading and managing security operations at multiple sites, establishing security standards, and serving as the primary security advisor to executive leadership on security risks and mitigation strategies. Candidates for the Head of Security position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in physical security management, with a focus on leadership. Professional security certifications are advantageous. The role requires a proven track record in leading security operations across multiple locations, particularly within a large manufacturing or FMCG organization. Experience at a senior management level, such as General Manager or Assistant General Manager, and a strong background in developing and implementing security strategies are essential. The Head of Security will also be expected to conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to ensure the safety and security of the organization's operations.
