Head of Data & AI

The Company is seeking a Head of Data & AI to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust data and AI strategy. This senior leadership role demands a hands-on, commercially minded individual with the autonomy to challenge the status quo and drive innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering the data and AI roadmap, identifying opportunities for AI application, and ensuring that data and AI are integrated as key differentiators across the organization. Collaboration with the executive team and various technical departments is essential to align the AI roadmap with business goals and to champion the practical adoption of AI technologies. Key responsibilities for the Head of Data & AI include leading the exploration and application of emerging technologies, turning ideas into prototypes, and scaling successful solutions into production. The role also involves owning the data platform strategy, establishing MLOps and engineering practices, and ensuring that AI innovation is secure, responsible, and transparent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering production-grade AI and ML solutions, strong hands-on experience with generative AI and AI application architectures, and a deep understanding of modern data engineering and MLOps. Strong commercial judgment, the ability to translate technology into business value, and experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams are also key skills for this position.
