The Market President will also be expected to be actively involved in the local community and to manage a portfolio with a deep understanding of asset quality. Applicants for the Market President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or relevant job experience. A minimum of 2-4 years' lending experience with a proven track record in sales is preferred. The role requires well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a portfolio effectively. The Market President will be responsible for the profitability of all commercial relationships within their portfolio and must be adept at identifying and referring business opportunities.
