The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, translating the company's goals into focused execution and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic, financial, operational, and people plans. This role is pivotal in driving alignment, accelerating key priorities, and improving leadership effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for enabling the company to deliver its business objectives, managing relationships with stakeholders, and providing thought leadership to enhance business performance. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have extensive experience in a similar role, with a strong background in commercial and strategic acumen, particularly within the insurance industry.
