Chief of Staff, Performance Cloud

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Performance Cloud division. This senior role is pivotal in running the operating machinery of the business unit, including setting and maintaining the operating cadence, owning the strategic work, and leading special projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business unit's operating rhythm, goal setting, and performance tracking, as well as preparing the GM for parent-company reporting. They will also be involved in high-value, cross-functional initiatives, and will be the key point of contact for alignment and communication both within the business unit and with the wider organization. The role demands a professional with 8-12 years' experience, strong commercial and analytical skills, and the ability to influence without authority. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a background that includes either a prior Chief of Staff role or a senior business operations/strategy and ops role in a scaling technology company. Essential skills include a proven track record in owning an operating cadence, strong commercial and analytical fluency, and the ability to maintain customer-facing credibility. The role requires a candidate with excellent written communication, high discretion, and sound judgment, who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a low ego. Desirable experience includes a background in hosting, bare metal, cloud, data center, or adjacent B2B infrastructure, as well as experience in a matrixed organization and with business unit operations. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the GM, have full visibility of the business unit, and will be expected to have a high level of candor and transparency in their working relationship.
