Head of Capital Markets

The Company is seeking a Head of Capital Markets to join its dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading all capital markets activities, including the development and execution of the company's financing strategy to support its ambitious growth plans, development pipeline, and M&A agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, negotiating, and executing complex financing transactions across various funding solutions, with a focus on sustainability and renewable energy. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with a diverse range of capital providers, evaluating capital structure alternatives, and overseeing the financial analysis and due diligence processes. The role is highly visible and influential, with a significant impact on capital allocation, funding strategy, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate for the Head of Capital Markets position at the company will have a proven track record in leading complex financing transactions, particularly in infrastructure, digital infrastructure, energy, telecoms, or other asset-intensive sectors. They should possess significant experience in a senior capital markets leadership role, a successful history of large-scale debt transactions, and deep expertise in various funding solutions. Strong knowledge of capital structure optimization and funding strategies for high-growth, asset-intensive businesses is essential, as is the ability to influence and engage with executive teams, boards, and investment committees. The role requires excellent commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capability, as well as strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Previous experience in a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable.
