Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on commercial law to join their dynamic and fast-paced legal team. This role is pivotal in providing high-impact legal advice, managing a small team, and contributing to the strategic development of the legal function. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of complex commercial agreements, including framework agreements, NDAs, and other business-critical documents. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously on a diverse caseload and lead on significant legal matters.
