The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the legal industry, particularly within a large or sophisticated law firm environment. The CFO will be a key strategic hire, working closely with the Managing Partner and C-Suite to take ownership of the firm's financial operations, accounting infrastructure, reporting, controls, and long-term financial strategy. This role is pivotal in managing the unique financial dynamics of a legal practice, including case-cost advances, settlement disbursements, and trust/IOLTA accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management, as well as developing financial models, KPIs, and forecasts to support executive decision-making.
