The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Religious Curriculum, Catechesis, and Assessment to provide strategic leadership and support the mission of Catholic schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of a rigorous religion curriculum that is in line with the teachings of the Catholic Church. This role involves working closely with school leaders and teachers to ensure the integration of Catholic identity, faith formation, and academic excellence. The Managing Director will also lead professional development for educators, support the use of assessment to enhance student learning, and collaborate with various teams to align curriculum with academic priorities. Applicants must be active and practicing Roman Catholics with a Master’s level degree in a relevant field. The role requires a deep knowledge of Catholic education, theology, and catechesis, as well as skills in curriculum design, instructional leadership, and organizational management. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, service-oriented leader with a strong commitment to the mission of the Church and the growth and development of students, teachers, and school communities. Responsibilities include providing spiritual and pastoral resources, supporting the management of catechetical formation programs, and engaging in cross-functional collaboration to ensure that faith formation is central to the educational experience.
